STARKVILLE, Miss. – Mississippi State’s September 27th football game at LSU has been selected as part of the Southeastern Conference television package and will be shown on ESPN2, the conference office announced today.

Mississippi State and LSU have played on television 12 of the past 13 years, with the lone exception coming in 2005. The Bulldogs and Tigers have played at 11:30 a.m. the last three times they’ve met in Baton Rouge, with the last night game coming in 2000 – also an ESPN2 telecast, that game was a 45-38 LSU victory in overtime.
