Freshman Academic Honor Roll, the league office in Birmingham, Ala., announced Monday.

Earning berths on this year’s academic all-conference list for freshmen are pitcher Ben Bracewell from Chelsea, Ala., infielder Sam
Frost from Hoover, Ala., pitcher Kendall Graveman from Alexander City, Ala., pitcher Chris Stratton from Tupelo, Miss., and pitcher C.C. Watson from Heflin, Ala.

Earlier this year, 14 members of the 2010 MSU baseball team were namedto the SEC Spring Academic Honor Roll.

Among qualifications for the SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better and be on scholarship or receive a varsity letter.

Thirty-four MSU baseball freshmen have earned the award since the league initiated its freshman academic honor roll in 2003.
